簡介:湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文綠玉樹扦插苗幼莖與葉的形態(tài)解剖學(xué)研究姓名張乍如申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)植物學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師周樸華20071101現(xiàn)出控制水分蒸騰和增強(qiáng)保水功能的基本特征,與干旱環(huán)境相適應(yīng)。3、綠玉樹莖的初生結(jié)構(gòu)從外至內(nèi)包括表皮、皮層、維管柱三部分。部分表皮細(xì)胞分化形成氣孔器,形成氣孑L器的地方向皮層一側(cè)凹陷為氣下室皮層和髓中的細(xì)胞排列較緊密因而細(xì)胞間隙小。這些也是控制水分蒸騰、加強(qiáng)氣體交換的特點(diǎn),以適應(yīng)干旱環(huán)境??勘砥さ亩鄬悠蛹?xì)胞為含葉綠體的厚角組織。莖中維管束有大有小、形狀不一,維管柬之間的髓射線窄,維管束問界限不太清晰。皮層中分布大量乳管。4、綠玉樹莖的次生結(jié)構(gòu)由形成層和木栓形成層的次生生長而形成。莖次生結(jié)構(gòu)橫切面從外至內(nèi)包括周皮、皮層、維管柱三部分。維管柱中可見明顯的圓形或扁圓形形成層環(huán),由此產(chǎn)生次生韌皮部和次生木質(zhì)部。木栓形成層發(fā)生于皮層外側(cè)的薄壁細(xì)胞,經(jīng)平周和垂周分裂形成周皮。由于綠玉樹枝增粗生長速度慢,發(fā)現(xiàn)周皮出現(xiàn)較遲,因此綠玉樹枝的表皮特別是皮層保留時(shí)間較長,葉綠體正常生長發(fā)育,枝條綠色如玉,這是它次生生長的一個(gè)顯著特點(diǎn)。5、綠玉樹扦插苗的無節(jié)分枝乳管起源于頂端分生組織。綠玉樹的莖尖、初生莖、次生莖有乳管的分布。乳管主要分布在莖的皮層中。從莖的縱切構(gòu)造皮層中可見到較多、較典型的乳管的分布。6、綠玉樹幼莖易產(chǎn)生不定根,根原基起源于莖中靠近維管束韌皮部的皮層薄壁細(xì)胞。關(guān)鍵詞綠玉樹;根;莖葉;形態(tài)解剖;乳管JJ
