簡(jiǎn)介:我國(guó)大眾化背景下精英高等教育模式研究ASTUDYOFTHEMODELOFELITEHIGHEREDUCATIONINCHINA’SPOPULARIZATION作者姓名趙晶AUTHORZHAOJING指導(dǎo)教師劉堯7’1ORLIUYAOIUTORLUAO學(xué)科專業(yè)高等教育學(xué)MAJORHIGHEREDUCATION浙江師范大學(xué)教師教育學(xué)院COLLEGEOFEDUCATION,ZHEJIANGNORMALUNIVERSITY我國(guó)大眾化背景下精英高等教育模式研究摘要自1999年高校擴(kuò)招以來(lái),我國(guó)高等教育事業(yè)得到了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展。2002年適齡人口毛入學(xué)率達(dá)到15%,進(jìn)入大眾化發(fā)展階段。高等教育大眾化滿足了更多的人接受高等教育的需求,提高了國(guó)民素質(zhì);滿足了經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)對(duì)高級(jí)專門人才的需求,促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。然而,發(fā)展過(guò)程中也遇到很多問(wèn)題,尤其是給原有并不發(fā)達(dá)的精英高等教育帶來(lái)了不小的沖擊。目前,精英高等教育的發(fā)展問(wèn)題,不論在理論上還是在實(shí)踐上都是一個(gè)亟待深入探討的問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)大眾化階段的精英高等教育作了理論上的梳理和分析,對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的精英高等教育發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及其模式進(jìn)行總結(jié);考查研究了我國(guó)精英高等教育模式現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題及其原因,并對(duì)我國(guó)精英高等教育發(fā)展提出了一些策略和建議,希翼對(duì)我國(guó)精英高等教育發(fā)展提供一些有益的幫助。本研究的主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)部分緒論部分提出研究我國(guó)精英高等教育模式的必要性,指出研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義及理論意義;對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)本研究的文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行整理分析,為后文的深入探討作鋪墊;介紹本研究的研究途徑及方法。第二部分對(duì)精英高等教育模式的有關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了分析和界定,探討了大眾化階段發(fā)展精英高等教育的理論依據(jù)及重要意義。第三部分國(guó)外精英高等教育發(fā)展及其模式介紹。對(duì)國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家大眾化背景下精英高等教育模式的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié);探討了發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的精英高等教育發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)我國(guó)的啟示。第四部分我國(guó)大眾化背景下精英高等教育模式的現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題的研究。以“985院校’’為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)我國(guó)精英高等教育的現(xiàn)有模式進(jìn)行考察,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行原因分析。I

簡(jiǎn)介:國(guó)內(nèi)圖書(shū)分類號(hào)C9305學(xué)校代碼10213國(guó)際圖書(shū)分類號(hào)65密級(jí)公開(kāi)管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文俄羅斯高等教育近五年重大改革研究碩士研究生宋洪雨導(dǎo)師姜華教授李興瑞副研究員申請(qǐng)學(xué)位管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)科教育經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理所在單位高等教育研究所答辯日期2009年6月授予學(xué)位單位哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要俄羅斯傳統(tǒng)的高等教育在世界上獨(dú)樹(shù)一幟,享有很高的聲譽(yù)。但隨著上世紀(jì)九十年代俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)的轉(zhuǎn)變,高等教育發(fā)展受到了一定的沖擊。新世紀(jì)初,俄羅斯把現(xiàn)代化作為高等教育發(fā)展的主要目標(biāo),將其置于戰(zhàn)略地位,并為此不斷進(jìn)行著改革。2003年,俄羅斯加入了旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)歐洲教育統(tǒng)一空間的“博洛尼亞進(jìn)程”,這更加快了俄羅斯高等教育現(xiàn)代化和國(guó)際化的步伐。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)2010年前俄羅斯教育現(xiàn)代化構(gòu)想以及適應(yīng)“博洛尼亞進(jìn)程”的原則和目標(biāo),2003年至2008年俄羅斯實(shí)施了一系列對(duì)高等教育領(lǐng)域具有重要影響的改革措施。這五年對(duì)俄羅斯高等教育改革來(lái)說(shuō),是推進(jìn)和深化的重要階段,對(duì)其高等教育發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了非常重要的影響。因此,本文把研究的重點(diǎn)放在了這五年期間俄羅斯政府頒布和實(shí)施的在高等教育方面具有重大影響的改革政策和措施。筆者從本世紀(jì)初俄羅斯高等教育改革面臨的背景入手,對(duì)2000年至今的俄羅斯高等教育領(lǐng)域內(nèi)重大改革的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)梳理,指出俄羅斯高等教育改革的兩個(gè)主要任務(wù),即實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化和提升國(guó)際化程度。在此基礎(chǔ)上,歸納出近年來(lái)俄羅斯高等教育改革的兩個(gè)主要框架一是在俄羅斯國(guó)家優(yōu)先教育計(jì)劃內(nèi)為實(shí)現(xiàn)教育現(xiàn)代化所進(jìn)行的改革;一是在“博洛尼亞進(jìn)程”框架下提升國(guó)際化程度所進(jìn)行的改革。系統(tǒng)的研究了俄羅斯國(guó)家優(yōu)先教育計(jì)劃和“博洛尼亞進(jìn)程”框架下的改革,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)和介紹這兩個(gè)框架內(nèi)改革的主要內(nèi)容,分析了俄羅斯國(guó)家優(yōu)先教育計(jì)劃和“博洛尼亞進(jìn)程”框架下的改革對(duì)俄羅斯高等教育產(chǎn)生的重要影響。通過(guò)以上研究,本文分析并總結(jié)了俄羅斯高等教育改革的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及問(wèn)題。在比較中俄兩國(guó)高等教育改革的相似性后,筆者認(rèn)為改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)中國(guó)高等教育改革取得了舉世矚目的成就,積累許多寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn),為其他國(guó)家進(jìn)行高等教育改革提供了有益的參考。但同時(shí),我國(guó)也應(yīng)積極吸取近五年俄羅斯高等教育改革的經(jīng)驗(yàn),進(jìn)而為我國(guó)高等教育的改革提供有益的借鑒。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞俄羅斯;高等教育改革;國(guó)家優(yōu)先教育計(jì)劃;博洛尼亞進(jìn)程I

簡(jiǎn)介:論文以市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)為背景,用共軛分析法,分析論述了高等教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置管理的實(shí)踐和理論。通過(guò)對(duì)由高等教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置、社會(huì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、人才市場(chǎng)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)組成的多元共軛體系的分析,給出了它們?cè)诠曹梽?dòng)力學(xué)機(jī)制下,相互之間的作用、影響和相互制約的動(dòng)力學(xué)作用機(jī)制。主要成果1、提出共軛效應(yīng)在管理學(xué)上的制衡、耗散源概念,將其作為高等教育專業(yè)設(shè)置管理理論的“基礎(chǔ)”,并在此基礎(chǔ)上將“共軛動(dòng)力學(xué)”引入高等教育專業(yè)設(shè)置管理。2、提出了管理的一種新的定義,把“算法”、“服務(wù)對(duì)象”、“共軛動(dòng)力學(xué)”這些概念引入了定義,提出了共軛動(dòng)力學(xué)在管理學(xué)應(yīng)用中的建模方法,使管理有了一種全新的“詮釋”。3、提出組織結(jié)構(gòu)中“業(yè)務(wù)子組織結(jié)構(gòu)”與組織的“服務(wù)對(duì)象”是一“共軛的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)”,把純數(shù)學(xué)的“共軛動(dòng)力學(xué)”的思想和結(jié)構(gòu),引入了管理學(xué)。4、提出了“緊致性”、“連通性”、“拓?fù)涞耐瑐惖葍r(jià)”是組織的最本質(zhì)的性質(zhì),把“緊致性”,“連通性”、“同倫等價(jià)”引入了管理學(xué)的組織理論。5、提出了“多元共軛”的概念,這一概念在管理實(shí)踐的運(yùn)用中,具有較大的意義,在一定意義上講,“市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)”與“多元共軛”密不可分。建立了由市場(chǎng)需求、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)科專業(yè)水平、利潤(rùn)、政策為基本變量的多元共軛的邏輯斯蒂擴(kuò)展數(shù)學(xué)模型,并對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了分析和實(shí)例研究。6、提出了我國(guó)的“產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)”與“專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)”的“共軛”將存在一個(gè)“磨合期”,我國(guó)的“專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)”應(yīng)劃分為“學(xué)術(shù)型”與“職業(yè)型”兩種,同時(shí),“專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)”設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)密切注意“高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的方向”,研究生的“專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)”應(yīng)與“科研課題”發(fā)生“共軛”。結(jié)合實(shí)際,用共軛動(dòng)力學(xué)的因素分析法,對(duì)我國(guó)高等教育的專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置管理進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用性分析,得出了對(duì)稱共軛,是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,高等教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置管理的關(guān)鍵影響因素的結(jié)論。
