1、Objective To probe the changes and clinical significances of interleukin-13 and interleukin-15 in children with Henoch-Schoenlein purpura(HSP).Methods Plasma IL-13 and IL-15 were detected in 61 children with HSP in acu

2、te phase and 25normal children by ELISA.The level of plasma IL-I 3 and IL-15 in different clinical categories of HSP were compared. Results ①Plasma IL-13 levels in children with HSP in acute phase[ (4.8±3.1) pg/ml]

3、 were significantly higher than those in healthy controls[ (2.0 ±1.6) pg/ml](t=4.28,P＜0.01 ); plasma IL-13 levels in patients with or without renal involvement of HSP[ ( 7.5 ± 5.9 ) pg/ml、 ( 3.2 ± 2.5 ) pg/ml] were all s

4、ignificantly higher than those in healthy controls (F=53.92, p＜0.01;q=13.87, 3.40, p＜0.01 or 0.05 ); the plasma IL-13 levels in patients with renal involvement were significantly higher than those of without renal involv
