2、ng personal financing business in succession, particularly the various types of financing centers and offices established by the commercial banks, which have brought forward a tendency of financing wave all ove
3、r China. This certainly has its deep social background. On the microcosmic level, it displays the desires of those over 120,000 hundred million residents to find a way out for their saving deposit as well as the worries
4、of the population getting aged about the days after being retired. On the macroscopic level, it clearly shows the wandering of the low interest rate ages, the continuous descending of non-risk yield, and the reformation
5、and turbulence of the stock market etc. Definitely, the market need calls for the appropriate financial institutions to supply people with consultation and advice for their personal financing and service, to offer them s
6、pecific guidance for the individuals in the area of making correct life plan, arranging their expenditure credit reasonably, and forming their investment combination especially for them . However when investigati
7、ng the financing service and products provided by these finance institutions( mainly commercial banks ), we find that the ability of running the financing business service is widely low , the financ
8、ing products are mostly simple packing of original ones, and they lack a professional team of finance specialists, etc.. These problems are caused by the calling, the system of the finance industry of our count
9、ry. Concerning these problems, this essay makes an initial analysis, clarifies causes and studies the counterplan in order to offer some useful lessons for the development of personal financing busine
