簡(jiǎn)介:沈陽(yáng)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文甜櫻桃果實(shí)脫落規(guī)律及其解剖學(xué)研究姓名王波申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)果樹學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師呂德國(guó)20070501沈陽(yáng)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文甜櫻桃果實(shí)脫落規(guī)律及其解剖學(xué)研究摘要研究生王波導(dǎo)師;呂德國(guó)教授鑒于甜櫻桃果實(shí)脫落是生產(chǎn)上限制產(chǎn)量的重要因素,果實(shí)脫落與環(huán)境、地勢(shì)、栽培管理?xiàng)l件的關(guān)系密切,為此本試驗(yàn)以大連的甜櫻桃園區(qū)的主栽品種和沈陽(yáng)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)果樹實(shí)驗(yàn)基地溫室槽栽櫻桃為試材,進(jìn)行果實(shí)脫落情況、果實(shí)生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育過(guò)程中的基本生理指標(biāo)測(cè)定和解剖學(xué)觀察等研究,結(jié)果如下1甜櫻桃果實(shí)第一次脫落在花后7~14D,第二次脫落在花后的18以7天。離海比較近的地區(qū)甜櫻桃的物候期較早,凍害、花期遇大風(fēng)和降雨也是影響坐果率的重要因素。2在果實(shí)生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育階段,對(duì)樹體進(jìn)彳亍時(shí)面追肥和夏季修剪,最終提高坐果率和產(chǎn)量。缺少水,導(dǎo)致大量落果。而土壤理化性質(zhì)和病蟲害對(duì)坐果率影響不明顯。3以本溪山櫻和馬哈利為砧木的坐果率較高;以大青葉、萊陽(yáng)矮櫻和青膚櫻的坐果率較低?!t燈’和‘佳紅’的坐果率較高,而‘砂密豆’、‘高砂’的坐果率相對(duì)較低。良好的授粉受精是果實(shí)正常生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的前提。十年生以上的樹,第一次和第二次坐果率基本都高于58年生的樹。叢狀樹形坐果率低于同樣十多年生紡錘形的樹體。第一層主枝的第一次和第二次坐果率均小于第二層主枝的坐果率。距主干50CM以外的第一次和第二次坐果率均高于距主干50CM內(nèi)的坐果率。4在第一次落果期和第二次落果期,果柄、果實(shí)和胚乳的于鮮重相對(duì)較高,含水量相對(duì)較低是果實(shí)脫落的重要標(biāo)志。5在第一次落果期和第二次落果期,即將脫落和已脫落果柄中蛋白質(zhì)、淀粉、可溶性糖和氨基酸含量低于正常發(fā)育的果柄,而果肉和胚乳中的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)變化不明顯。6無(wú)論在第一次落果期和第二次落果期,N、P和K的變化趨勢(shì)波動(dòng)比較大,而TAG和C的變化波動(dòng)較小。N、P、I研口CA吸收率低,可能是導(dǎo)致落果的重要原因。7第一次和第二次落果期,脫落的近果皮區(qū)域果肉細(xì)胞大小不一致,但細(xì)胞緊密,分別占果實(shí)橫徑的133%和187%;脫落的近果核區(qū)域果肉排列無(wú)序且排列緊密,分別占果實(shí)橫徑的216%和205%;脫落的果柄髓部織不規(guī)則,同時(shí)導(dǎo)管分解上部果柄與基部果柄連接處的細(xì)胞分解,周圍的細(xì)胞開(kāi)始分離,形成離層,最終脫落。第一次落果期,沒(méi)有胚,而第二次落果期,脫落的果實(shí)處于子葉胚時(shí)期。靠近樹體外部的葉片維管組織很規(guī)剛,皮層細(xì)胞小且排列緊密規(guī)則。關(guān)鍵詞甜櫻桃;果實(shí)脫落;規(guī)律;解剖學(xué)

簡(jiǎn)介:DEVELOPMENTALANDANATOMICALSTUDIESONTHESALTGLANDSOFLIMONIUMMILLⅢSHANDONGTHE“SUBMITTEDT01NESLSQINGDAOAGRICULTURALUNIVERSITYINFULFILLMENTOFTHEREQUIREMENTFORTHEDEGREEOFMASTEROFSCIENCEDEPARTMENTOFLIFESCIENCESUPERVISORPROFCHUQINGGANGQINGDAO,CHINAJUNE,2012青島農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士論文山東補(bǔ)血草屬植物鹽腺結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)育的比較解剖學(xué)研究摘要1上下表皮的鹽腺密度采用葉表皮印痕與離析的方法,研究了三種補(bǔ)血草屬植物各自同一葉片上下表皮的鹽腺的密度,研究表明三種補(bǔ)血草下表皮鹽腺密度均高于上表皮鹽腺密度。2。掃描電鏡觀察采用掃描電鏡的方法對(duì)三種補(bǔ)血草屬植物的鹽腺及泌鹽孔的微形態(tài)進(jìn)行觀察。研究表明三種補(bǔ)血草屬植物的鹽腺微形態(tài)基本一致,但中間也存在著一定的差異。鹽腺均位于周圍表皮細(xì)胞所圍成的圓環(huán)內(nèi),中央4個(gè)分泌細(xì)胞頂端的角質(zhì)層中央均有一小孔,為泌鹽孔。鹽腺周圍均有58個(gè)表皮細(xì)胞,而二色補(bǔ)血草鹽腺周圍的表皮細(xì)胞稍有差異。3葉片與鹽腺結(jié)構(gòu)采用石蠟切片技術(shù)和番紅固綠染色方法進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明三種補(bǔ)血草的葉片結(jié)構(gòu)大致相同,均為異面葉;上下表皮均有氣孔與鹽腺。三種補(bǔ)血草鹽腺的結(jié)構(gòu)也大致相同成熟的鹽腺由20個(gè)細(xì)胞構(gòu)成,中央有4個(gè)分泌細(xì)胞,每一個(gè)分泌細(xì)胞外側(cè)又有一個(gè)長(zhǎng)方形的毗鄰細(xì)胞。再向外由2層杯狀細(xì)胞包圍,每一層分別有4個(gè)杯狀細(xì)胞,使鹽腺呈近似圓形。鹽腺內(nèi)部靠近葉肉細(xì)胞處有4個(gè)收集細(xì)胞。新發(fā)現(xiàn)在對(duì)中華補(bǔ)血草的葉片進(jìn)行石蠟切片時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)了另一種鹽腺結(jié)構(gòu),這種鹽腺分為7個(gè)區(qū),每個(gè)區(qū)5個(gè)細(xì)胞構(gòu)成。4鹽腺發(fā)育過(guò)程采用石蠟切片技術(shù)和番紅固綠染色方法進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果如下三種補(bǔ)血草鹽腺均是由一個(gè)單獨(dú)的表皮細(xì)胞發(fā)育而成,分別經(jīng)歷單細(xì)胞時(shí)期,2細(xì)胞時(shí)期、4細(xì)胞時(shí)期、8細(xì)胞時(shí)期、16細(xì)胞時(shí)期和20細(xì)胞時(shí)期的不同發(fā)育階段。5研究結(jié)論三種補(bǔ)血草葉片上下表皮均有鹽腺分布,同一時(shí)期葉片下表皮鹽腺密度均略高于上表皮;葉片結(jié)構(gòu)均為異面葉;三種補(bǔ)血草成熟的鹽腺結(jié)構(gòu)相似,均由20個(gè)細(xì)胞構(gòu)成,分別是4個(gè)分泌細(xì)胞,4個(gè)毗鄰細(xì)胞,4個(gè)外杯狀細(xì)胞,4個(gè)內(nèi)杯狀細(xì)胞還有4個(gè)收集細(xì)胞。中央4個(gè)分泌細(xì)胞頂端的角質(zhì)層各有一小孔,是鹽分泌出的通道;其中在中華補(bǔ)血草葉片中發(fā)現(xiàn)了新型的鹽腺鹽腺分為7個(gè)區(qū),每個(gè)區(qū)5個(gè)細(xì)胞。三種補(bǔ)血草鹽腺的發(fā)育過(guò)程相同,均是由一個(gè)單獨(dú)的表皮細(xì)胞發(fā)育而成,分別經(jīng)歷單細(xì)胞時(shí)期,2細(xì)胞時(shí)期、

簡(jiǎn)介:STUDYONTHEPHYSIOLOGYANDANATOMICALSTRUCTUREOFTHEPEARGRAFTEDHEALINGPROCESSTT“SUBMITTEDT01HESLSSUDMLETOQINGDAOAGR/CULTUMLUNIVERSITYINFULFILLMENTOFTHEREQUIREMENTFORTHEDEGREEOFMASTEROFAGRONOMY1一一SUNHUALICOLLEGEOFHORTICULTURESUPERVISORPROFWANGRANQINGDAO,CHINAJUNE,2013青島農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要梨嫁接愈合的生理學(xué)分析與解剖結(jié)構(gòu)觀察摘要梨嫁接親和性受栽培環(huán)境、生理生化、解剖結(jié)構(gòu)等因素的影響,是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的生物學(xué)過(guò)程,從而使梨嫁接親和性機(jī)理成為一直在研究的問(wèn)題。梨嫁接親和性與嫁接成活過(guò)程密切相關(guān),通過(guò)對(duì)梨嫁接愈合的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)與生理學(xué)的分析,初步探究梨嫁接親爭(zhēng)的機(jī)理,對(duì)選育適宜的梨砧木具有重要的意義。利用親和性不同的2個(gè)嫁接組合‘鴨梨/豆梨’、‘OHXF51/豆梨’研究了接穗、嫁接口、砧木部位在嫁接愈合過(guò)程中的多酚氧化酶活性PPO、苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性PAL、酚類物質(zhì)含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、木質(zhì)素含量、礦質(zhì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)含量等的分析。利用不同梨砧木OHXF51、S2、K3、W565與接穗品種鴨梨、黃金梨及杜梨/杜梨、杏葉梨/杜梨的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)觀察比較,分析砧木與接穗解剖結(jié)構(gòu)差異對(duì)親和性的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明①嫁接親和性較好的‘鴨梨/豆梨’組合的PPO和PAL活性最高峰值均高于親和性較差的‘OHXF51/豆梨’組合;2個(gè)組合的多酚含量相近,且變化趨勢(shì)基本相同,在愈合過(guò)程中總體呈下降趨勢(shì);‘鴨梨/豆梨’組合的可溶性糖含量在愈合過(guò)程前期高于‘OHXF51/豆梨’組合,但后期下降較快;2個(gè)組合的可溶性蛋白含量在嫁接愈合后期基本恢復(fù)到初始水平;‘鴨梨/豆梨’組合木質(zhì)素含量在嫁接愈合初期是逐漸升高的,而‘OHXF51/豆梨’嫁接組合在嫁接前期木質(zhì)素含量一直呈下降趨勢(shì),后期木質(zhì)素含量逐漸升高。②‘鴨梨/豆梨’砧木在愈合完成后,PPO、PAL活性、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量接近對(duì)照,嫁接前期‘OHXF51/豆梨’砧木的多酚類物質(zhì)、木質(zhì)素含量高于對(duì)照,表明鴨梨/豆梨砧木的維管組織貫通較OHXF51/豆梨早。嫁接前期可以通過(guò)測(cè)定多酚類物質(zhì)、木質(zhì)素含量預(yù)測(cè)砧穗嫁接親和性高低。③‘鴨梨/豆梨’嫁接口與砧木的氮素、鉀素與鈣素含量較高,利于嫁接口細(xì)胞分裂增殖,嫁接口愈合完成,砧木與接穗生長(zhǎng)同步。而‘OHXF51/豆梨’接穗的氮素含量高,接穗較砧木生長(zhǎng)迅速,田問(wèn)表現(xiàn)~J、腳”。總體上‘鴨梨/豆梨’砧木的磷素含量高,而‘OHF51/豆梨’嫁接口的含量高,后期砧木的含量升高。這可能與輸導(dǎo)組織對(duì)磷素的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)機(jī)制有關(guān)。④分別以鴨梨、黃金梨為接穗,同一中間砧表現(xiàn)不同的形態(tài)指標(biāo)。OHXF51、W565的海綿組織厚度與鴨梨的海綿組織差異顯著,而與黃金梨的海綿組織差異不顯著。S2、K3、W565的葉片組織結(jié)構(gòu)緊密度CTR均與鴨梨的CTR差異不顯著,而與黃金梨差異顯著。中間砧的新梢的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)與鴨梨、黃金梨的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)存在不同的差異性。以

簡(jiǎn)介:學(xué)校代碼10225學(xué)號(hào)13018學(xué)位論文不同種源興安落葉松針葉解剖結(jié)構(gòu)變化及對(duì)氣候變化的響應(yīng)季子敬指導(dǎo)教師姓名差凳萎罄霈申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士論文提交日期2013年4月授予學(xué)位單位東北林業(yè)大學(xué)東北林業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)科專業(yè)論文答辯日期授予學(xué)位日期答辯委員會(huì)主席論文評(píng)閱人聾必櫛案太學(xué)生態(tài)學(xué)2013年6月2013年6月26日摘要摘要興安落葉松LAR反GMELINIIRUPR.作為我國(guó)北方森林的優(yōu)勢(shì)樹種,具有生長(zhǎng)迅速、生長(zhǎng)周期快、耐寒等特點(diǎn),其分布廣泛。葉片易受環(huán)境因子影響,其形態(tài)解剖結(jié)構(gòu)特征不但與葉片的生理功能密切相關(guān),而且反映樹木對(duì)環(huán)境變化的響應(yīng)和適應(yīng)。為了區(qū)分葉片對(duì)氣候變化的可塑性和適應(yīng)性,揭示不同種源興安落葉松葉形態(tài)解剖特征,初步分析影響其變化的主導(dǎo)生態(tài)因子,為迸一步揭示不同種源興安落葉松應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化的生態(tài)適應(yīng)對(duì)策提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。本研究采用同質(zhì)園法比較測(cè)定了6個(gè)不同氣候條件下的興安落葉松LAR扔GMELINIIRUPR.種源的32年生樹木及移栽自四個(gè)緯度的落葉松幼樹的針葉解剖結(jié)構(gòu)和光合生理相關(guān)閔子,分析了針葉的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)特征、光合能力‰AX一。、水分利用效率WUE之間的關(guān)系及不同月份問(wèn)興安落葉松幼樹葉片的變化趨勢(shì)。主要研究結(jié)果如下”。1不同種源間成熟的興安落葉松針葉的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)特征參數(shù)存在顯著的種源間差異,而且葉肉細(xì)胞厚度與針葉的光合能力和水分利用效率之問(wèn)均存在顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系。葉片各解剖結(jié)構(gòu)特征厚度在葉片總厚度中所占的比例差異明顯,其中葉肉細(xì)胞厚度三CD所占比例最大,其平均值波動(dòng)在38。4~43.3%之間。2成熟的興安落葉}‘松葉片厚度、葉肉細(xì)胞厚度和傳輸組織厚度均與最大凈光合速率‰觚.。、氣孔導(dǎo)度風(fēng)及水分利用效率WOE之間存在顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系。中央站和根河種源葉片具有較高的PM。。WOE和琢,烏伊嶺和塔河種源則具有較低的各測(cè)定生理特征值,且種源間葉肉細(xì)胞厚度與各測(cè)定生理特征問(wèn)相關(guān)性要高于葉片厚度和維管束厚度。3對(duì)興安落11.松幼樹的成熟州‘片分析得出,帶嶺、黑河、松嶺三個(gè)種源分別在葉片厚度、葉肉細(xì)胞厚度、維管束厚度三個(gè)指標(biāo)在不同月份中表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的趨勢(shì)為7月低.8月高一9月低,而塔河種源趨勢(shì)相反。各種源葉片厚度、內(nèi)皮層、傳輸組織和維管束等在7月和9月差異顯著,8月差異不顯著。4葉肉細(xì)胞厚度、表皮細(xì)胞厚度、葉片總厚度以及葉肉細(xì)胞厚度和表皮細(xì)胞厚度在葉片總厚度中所占比例均與種源原地的干燥度指數(shù)呈正線性關(guān)系。隨著種源原地的干燥程度增加,葉片厚度肋,、葉肉細(xì)胞厚度LCD和表皮細(xì)胞厚度LPD均明顯增大,且LCD和LPD在LD中所占比例也隨么_,的增加而顯著增大。關(guān)鍵詞興安落葉松;氣候變化;種源;葉片解剖;光合特性

簡(jiǎn)介:華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文臍橙果皮發(fā)育與裂果發(fā)生的解剖學(xué)研究姓名李蕾申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)果樹學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師彭抒昂20060601臍橙果皮發(fā)育與裂果發(fā)生的解剖學(xué)研究摘要本研究以江西贛南地區(qū)兩個(gè)臍橙主栽品種朋娜臍橙CF護(hù)淞S加睨S捃OSBECKCVSKAGG’SBONANZA、紐荷爾臍橙CSINE枷OSBCCK“NCWHALL為試驗(yàn)材料,比較了朋娜、紐荷爾兩個(gè)臍橙品種之聞以及朋娜臍橙正常果和裂果之間果皮項(xiàng)部、赤道部、蒂部果實(shí)發(fā)育過(guò)程中果皮的組織結(jié)構(gòu)特征差異,并在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了臍橙裂果發(fā)生的原因,主要結(jié)果如下1臍橙果皮的發(fā)育動(dòng)態(tài)1果皮的構(gòu)成臍橙果皮由外果皮,中果皮白皮層和內(nèi)果皮構(gòu)成。其中外果皮由角質(zhì)層覆蓋下的單層表皮細(xì)胞、亞表皮細(xì)胞和油胞層細(xì)胞構(gòu)成。中果皮由許多連接成網(wǎng)狀的細(xì)胞構(gòu)成,維管束附生在中果皮內(nèi)。2果皮的發(fā)育動(dòng)態(tài)表皮細(xì)胞在8月中旬以后整齊度和致密度下降,9月以后細(xì)胞間出現(xiàn)間隙;角質(zhì)層和油胞層都逐漸增厚,油胞的分布密度和白皮層細(xì)胞的分布密度呈下降趨勢(shì)。3不同部位果皮的差異臍橙頂部亞表皮厚度小于赤道部和蒂部;油胞層厚度一般為頂部最薄,果蒂部和赤道部依品種而異;臍橙油胞的大小為頂部赤道9R部蒂部,赤道部油胞多呈圓形,蒂部油胞呈長(zhǎng)圓形;白皮層細(xì)胞的分布密度頂部最小。2品種間果皮解剖結(jié)構(gòu)的差異1表皮、亞表皮的差異朋娜臍橙頂部亞表皮比紐荷爾臍橙薄;8月以后朋娜臍橙表皮的整齊度比紐荷爾臍橙差,表皮細(xì)胞起伏較大,細(xì)胞間隙也較大。2油胞層的差異朋娜臍橙頂部和赤道部的油胞層都比紐荷爾臍橙薄,赤道部尤其明顯;朋娜臍橙果皮在發(fā)育過(guò)程中,油胞分布密度下降得比紐荷爾臍橙快,油胞分布密度比紐荷爾臍橙??;紐荷爾臍橙的油胞在8月底之前均小于同時(shí)期朋娜臍橙,9月底以后大于朋娜臍橙;朋娜臍橙頂部和赤道部油胞呈近圓形、蒂部油胞呈長(zhǎng)圓形,紐荷爾臍橙油胞均呈長(zhǎng)圓形,蒂部更明顯一些。3白皮層的差異朋娜臍橙果皮與紐荷爾相比,白皮層細(xì)胞的密度在果實(shí)發(fā)育過(guò)程中下降期要早,且分布的均勻度要差一些。3臍橙裂果的果皮組織動(dòng)態(tài)1朋娜臍橙裂果的表皮細(xì)胞在8月份以后排列較松散,起伏較大,細(xì)胞多呈圓形;裂果的油胞層比正常果??;裂果的白皮層細(xì)胞網(wǎng)狀連接性差,細(xì)胞間隙較大,細(xì)胞分布密度比正常果小。一本文還就朋娜臍橙較紐荷爾臍橙易裂果的原因進(jìn)行了討論。關(guān)鍵詞臍橙;果皮發(fā)育;油胞;白皮層;裂果
