5、f qualitative research is mainly adopted. In data collection,using literature research,observation and interviews,of which the interview is the based method. By directly talking with seven teachers we obtain some of thei

6、r own experience of school management,of past life experiences， thoughts， emotions， attitudes and other aspects of the original data,analyze those information,get the smallest meaning unit and gradually develop the clue

7、of this paper. In this paper the reliability，validity， promotion and ethical of the study have a brief description. Finally it is included with practice of school management innovation and introduces the specific methods

8、 and the final goal in ideas systems，methods，models of management .Finally，to conclusion that in school management，timely reform and adjustment，can make the work of innovation management to a higher level， thus promoting
