簡介:碩士學位論文學校代碼10193編號2005一S125分類號G71921密級元農(nóng)民素質(zhì)變化與農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育發(fā)展對策的研究作者邵志國專業(yè)名稱職業(yè)技術教育學研究方向職業(yè)教育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略指導教師楊春華教授吉林農(nóng)業(yè)大學二OO五年六月吉林農(nóng)業(yè)大學碩士學位論文農(nóng)民素質(zhì)變化與農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育發(fā)展對策的研究在內(nèi)的大職業(yè)教育觀。二是職業(yè)技術教育已經(jīng)從正規(guī)學校教育的一個特定階段轉(zhuǎn)為終身教育的重要構成部分。三是職業(yè)技術教育不再是只重職業(yè)和技術培訓的狹隘的教育,而是轉(zhuǎn)為把國家、社會和個人的可持續(xù)發(fā)展作為根本出發(fā)點的全面教育。四是政府及其他權益者在職業(yè)教育中的角色重新定位。五是職業(yè)教育成為可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分。六是國際合作化趨勢日趨明顯。對新形勢下的農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育進行重新定位,提出新形勢下的農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育應該是一種個性化教育,能力為主的多層次教育和多樣化終身教育。同時,分析了當前農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育的現(xiàn)狀以及主要形式,對存在的正規(guī)職業(yè)教育、非正規(guī)職業(yè)教育和非正式職業(yè)教育的形式、特征及優(yōu)缺點等進行了系統(tǒng)分析和研究。第三部分主要調(diào)查分析了農(nóng)民素質(zhì)變化對農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育的要求,為提出適應農(nóng)民素質(zhì)變化的農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育發(fā)展的思路和對策提供現(xiàn)實基礎。農(nóng)民素質(zhì)變化和農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育之間所面臨的主要問題表現(xiàn)在農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育體系不完善、農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育針對性不強,教育內(nèi)容落后單一、專業(yè)課程設置僵化、教育結(jié)構不合理、辦學模式單一、教育模式滯后、招生對象單一、時間安排不合理、信息溝通不暢,所有這些都與現(xiàn)代農(nóng)民素質(zhì)變化不相適應,農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育不能適應農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新形勢,不能滿足農(nóng)村市場、人才市場和受教育者的需求。同時,詳細分析農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育發(fā)展的制約因素,對改革農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育的不足提供理論依據(jù)。第四部分提出了農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育發(fā)展的思路及對策1建立健全完善的農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育法律法規(guī)體系;2加快農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育的結(jié)構調(diào)整,構建多層次和多樣化的農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育體系;3大力發(fā)展面向農(nóng)村的高等職業(yè)教育;4加強調(diào)查研究,實行“三教統(tǒng)籌”和農(nóng)科教結(jié)合;5大力開展農(nóng)民轉(zhuǎn)崗培訓和繼續(xù)教育;6優(yōu)化教育資源,建立和完善農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育培訓基地;7加強自身建設,提高農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育的競爭力;8推進配套制度改革,促進農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育健康發(fā)展。在農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和結(jié)構調(diào)整過程中,農(nóng)民自身的素質(zhì)也得到不斷的提高。農(nóng)民本身發(fā)生了分化。作為提高農(nóng)民素質(zhì)重要途徑的農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育與當前農(nóng)民素質(zhì)的要求不斷提高相比,呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢,難以滿足農(nóng)民素質(zhì)變化的需求。目前農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育與農(nóng)民素質(zhì)變化存在較大的不適應,制約農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育的發(fā)展的因素是多方面的。因此要在新時期真正有效發(fā)掘需求潛力,促進農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育的跨越發(fā)展,發(fā)揮其在解決“三農(nóng)”問題中的主途徑作用,必須進一步解放思想采取各種切實有效的舉措以從根本上解決這些問題。通過對農(nóng)民素質(zhì)變化與農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育關系的研究,改革與發(fā)展農(nóng)村職業(yè)技術教育是適應我國社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要,完善職業(yè)教育理論的內(nèi)在要求,為構建新的農(nóng)村職II

簡介:P一’■Y1022272飯旦大學碩士學位論文專業(yè)學位學校代碼10246學號T053053856基于骶的職業(yè)教育管理信息系統(tǒng)院系所軟件學院專姓業(yè)軟件工程名李超指導教師李曼高傳善完成日期2006年10月20日基于WEB的職業(yè)教育管理信息系統(tǒng)摘要摘要近年來,職業(yè)學校規(guī)模不斷擴大,各職業(yè)學校和教委所承擔的工作越來越繁重,原有的人工管理方式、方法已不能適應現(xiàn)代社會發(fā)展的需要。為了減少各職業(yè)學校的工作強度,提高工作效率,促進各職業(yè)學校的發(fā)展,加強教委與各職業(yè)學校的有效交流,是研究本課題的主要目的。本文研究通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)布WEB職業(yè)教育管理信息系統(tǒng)來達到上述目的。本文介紹了WEB數(shù)據(jù)庫技術和ASP技術的相關基礎知識,分析了當前國內(nèi)職業(yè)教育管理信息系統(tǒng)所存在的問題,肯定了采用B/S模式的教育管理信息系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢,提出了采用ASP技術開發(fā)基于ASPSQLSERVER的職業(yè)教育管理信息系統(tǒng),介紹了系統(tǒng)的設計思想、方法和設計過程,并詳細描述了系統(tǒng)整體規(guī)劃、學生管理子系統(tǒng)的詳細設計、學生管理子系統(tǒng)程序的實現(xiàn)和系統(tǒng)的安裝配置及測試與運行。實現(xiàn)的職業(yè)教育管理信息系統(tǒng)使用費用低,數(shù)據(jù)一致性高,可維護性強,管理方便,大大提高了工作效率。最后文章還對本職業(yè)教育管理信息系統(tǒng)需要改進的地方提出了自己的意見。關鍵詞職業(yè)教育管理信息系統(tǒng),WEB,ASP技術,B/S模式
